Structural maintenance

Our resources. Our experience. They all add up to one thing: Service excellence.

Resources. They're what sets General Dynamics Aviation Services (GDAS) above the competition. They're what help us support our customers 24/7 – no matter what the problem and no matter where you are. They're why we can equip our five service centers with the proper tooling and equipment for Challenger, Falcon, Gulfstream, Hawker and other advanced business aircraft.

GDAS resources allow us to invest heavily in people and training. They give our service team the edge when it comes to experience. Our technicians have completed almost every type of service on almost every kind of aircraft. Many have more than 25 years of experience, and most have between 10 and 20. We are proud to say that all of our General Dynamics Aviation Services facilities have earned the Aviation Maintenance Technician Diamond Certificate of Excellence Award, representing the highest level of maintenance training available today.

Structural Repair and Major Alterations

Our resources enable us to offer you the best in advanced aviation services, from structural repair to major alterations. In fact, all our services — from airframe and powerplant to interior and exterior refurbishment, avionics, auxiliary power unit, landing gear and spares procurement — are expertly performed to both Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and GDAS standards . No matter what , we have the resources to get the job done right — and on time.

A History in Aviation

GDAS is solidly rooted in aviation. Serving your aircraft needs is at the front of our corporate consciousness. Through the acquisition of aviation companies, such as Signature Maintenance Services and K-C Aviation, GDAS has steadily grown to be a world-class business aircraft service provider.

Standards Count

At GDAS we take our standards seriously. They support our operations and drive our decisions. Superior service is the result. And the advanced business aircraft industry has noticed. GDAS is rapidly becoming the service destination of choice for operations of multi-aircraft fleets.

Five Locations

All five GDAS sites offer a full range of maintenance services. Our strategic locations put us within a 1.5-hour flight of most places in the U.S., and we’re accessible to many regions throughout North America. Our entire network of GDAS resources is available at all our locations. We'll do whatever it takes to get your job done right.

Single Point of Contact

While we service your aircraft, a Service Team Manager (STM) acts as your single point of contact, keeping you informed and coordinating service activity. The STM has the authority to address customer concerns and make decisions, so you can rest assured that your needs are being met.

Everywhere, All the Time

The full complement of GDAS resources is constantly available. No matter what your service needs are, we’ll assemble the right technicians with the right training and tools in the right location to serve you best. In effect, GDAS is everywhere, all the time — providing the level of aircraft service you demand.
