Quality control will return a safe aircraft to the customer, and all paperwork will be completed. |

Service engineering will provide drawings, analysis, documentation and appropriate regulatory approvals consistent with planned quotations and schedules. |

Aircraft will be delivered on time and squawk-free. |

General Dynamics Aviation Services will follow up with the customer within four business days after departure. |

The invoice will be completed and mailed within 10 business days after departure. |
